Bryan A. Giribaldo, Esq. is an attorney at Fulgencio Law, joining the Firm in September of 2016. Mr. Giribaldo is a first-generation American after his family immigrated to the United States from Uruguay. He was raised in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and attended the University of Texas at Austin, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in History. During his undergraduate studies, his family moved from Texas to Miami, Florida, prompting Mr. Giribaldo to also move to the State of Florida.
Mr. Giribaldo continued his education at the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. During his time at the University of Florida, Mr. Giribaldo served as the Student Works Editor for the Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy, served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research & Writing as well as in Appellate Advocacy, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Additionally, Mr. Giribaldo received a Book Award for the top grades in his Mergers and Acquisitions class. Mr. Giribaldo was placed on the Dean’s List every semester he studied at the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctor after graduating in the top 15% of his class. Before joining Fulgencio Law, Mr. Giribaldo worked for a regional insurance defense law firm in the Tampa area.
Aside from practicing law, Mr. Giribaldo is an avid sports fan, particularly of his Alma Mater, the Texas Longhorns. His favorite sports include football, basketball, and golf.
